A comedy that reflects on motherhood
Red Pontiac is the offering from Comboi Mediterrani for the 17th Amateur Theatre Showcase 'Juan Manuel Ferraro', a festival celebrating non-professional theatre in Torrent. Directed by María José Fabregat and written by Martín Giner, the play explores the relationship between two mothers who meet in a park while their children play. What starts as a casual conversation turns into an exchange of confidences and frustrations, pushing the sharp humour of these chance encounters to the extreme. With clever dialogue and hilarious situations, the play offers a demystifying portrait of the "perfect mum", blending entertainment and reflection.
