Technique and creativity: trencadís in your hands
The Centre Cultural Escorxador is hosting a free mosaic workshop on 19 September 2026, focused on the trencadís technique, a hallmark of Valencian modernism. Participants will work with irregular ceramic fragments to create a small artwork inspired by the designs adorning the façades of El Cabanyal neighbourhood. The workshop is open to all ages and requires no prior experience: the centre provides all necessary materials.
