Classical music with a clownish twist
Los Pfeiffer is a show that shatters classical music stereotypes. A group of musicians and their conductor, set in a futuristic world where music is banned, reinterpret well-known melodies with a clown-inspired, mission impossible style. Performers play instruments while jumping, doing splits or even human pyramids, proving this genre can be dynamic and fun.
The dialogue-free performance relies on live music, physical comedy and a polished aesthetic. The eccentric, humorous characters ironically tackle the theme of artificial intelligence.
Recognition and audience
The show has earned two nominations for the Premios Max 2024 (Best Family, Children’s or Youth Show and Best Actor for Quique Montoya) and the Premio Mostra d’Alcoi 2023 for Best Family Show. Recommended for ages 6+, it runs for 70 minutes.
