A sensory gymnastics workshop in Burjassot
Espai LaGranja in Burjassot becomes the stage for Ilusión Boing Boing, a free workshop led by dancer and choreographer Elena Carvajal on 29 October 2026. Organised by the Institut Valencià de Cultura, this activity offers a sensory gymnastics experience to explore fascia regulation through inner movements that encourage deep body awareness.
This is not a conventional class but an invitation to reconnect with physical and emotional sensations through dynamics that combine body awareness and creativity. Elena Carvajal, with an international career spanning Brussels and Barcelona, brings her experience from artistic residencies and stage projects to guide participants on this sensory journey.
