Inclusive Circus to Close ValenCirc
On 12 October 2026, the XIV ValenCirc Festival comes to an end with "Barri", an inclusive circus show created by the company Sargantana Circ Inclusiu. The performance, scheduled for 18:00 at Jardins del Palau, is one of the most emblematic proposals of a festival that, since 2013, has brought new circus to public spaces in Valencia. Lasting 50 minutes, this production combines acrobatics, juggling, and physical theatre to tell a close, accessible, and emotional story.

Sargantana Circ Inclusiu, the festival’s organiser, is a Valencian company specialising in social and inclusive circus. Their work focuses on functional and cultural diversity, proving that circus can be a universal language. In "Barri", the cast—made up of artists with and without disabilities—creates a show where technique and emotion merge without the need for words.
The performance is part of a circus-themed day at Jardins del Palau. In the morning, at 11:30, the same company offers a free 60-minute workshop for those who want to try disciplines like balancing or juggling. Both activities are free and open to all audiences, though capacity may be limited.
