A Night of Laughter in Cabanyal
CC Escorxador is bringing back its live comedy nights with a stand-up comedy session hosted by Rocío Ladrón de Guevara, an actress, scriptwriter, and one of the most recognisable faces of stand-up comedy in Valencia. The event, part of the cultural programme at the Hub Cultural Cabanyal, takes place on 4 September at 19:30 with free entry.
What to Expect?
Every show is unique: comedians, both newcomers and seasoned performers, take the stage to share their best jokes, anecdotes, and those unpredictable moments that only live performances can deliver. Rocío Ladrón de Guevara, known for her approachable style and humour filled with positivity, will host the evening.

An actress, presenter, and scriptwriter, Rocío has dedicated years to stand-up comedy. Her career includes performances in Valencia’s comedy clubs and collaborations on cultural projects like the Escuela Municipal de Teatro, where she has taught masterclasses on stand-up comedy. Her style, which she describes as "agnostic positivity," blends humour with everyday reflections, always delivered in a relaxed and engaging way.
