Live Thought at UPV
On 16 October 2026, the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) welcomes Italian philosopher Roberto Esposito as part of the Mundos por venir cycle. Esposito, a professor at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa and a member of the Collège International de Philosophie in Paris, is one of the most influential voices in contemporary political philosophy. His work, translated into multiple languages, explores the relationship between life, politics, and institutions, with titles such as Communitas, Immunitas, Biopolitics (2009) and Institution (2022).
In this event, he will engage in dialogue with Miguel Ángel Baixauli, in a session that promises to analyse key concepts of his thought: from the notion of the impersonal to the crisis of contemporary institutions.
