Theatre that defies traditional narrative
Paciencia para recibir todo como un espejismo is a stage proposal by Navarran artist Ion Iraizoz that breaks away from classical theatre structure. Part of the XXIV Circuito de la Red de Teatros Alternativos, this production has no fixed ending: each performance is unique, lasting 60 to 90 minutes, and is built in real time on stage.
Ion Iraizoz performs solo, though he is joined by special collaborator David Mallols, while direction is shared by Gloria March and Ion Iraizoz. The project explores the audience’s perception, inviting them to question what they see as if it were a mirage.
A space for experimentation
The performance will take place at La Máquina, a Valencia venue known for its avant-garde programming and support of new scenic trends. The production is part of a circuit promoting contemporary creation, backed by institutions such as the Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte and the Generalitat Valenciana.
