The story on stage
El Rey León – Tributo Musical is a production by La Barbarie Teatro Musical that brings to the theatre the well-known story of Simba, the young lion heir to the throne who, after being falsely accused of his father’s death, must flee his kingdom. During his exile, Simba meets Timón and Pumba, who help him regain his self-confidence. With the support of his childhood friend Nala, Simba returns to confront his uncle Scar and restore peace to the savannah.
Performances and tickets
The show will take place on 27 September 2026 at Teatro Flumen (Gregori Gea, 15, Valencia), with two performances: 12:30 and 17:00. Each show lasts 90 minutes and is suitable for all audiences.

This adaptation stands out for its original choreography and live vocals, recreating the atmosphere of the African savannah and the iconic characters from the story.
