Labour Rights in the Textile Industry: A Debate with Unions and NGOs
On 15 September 2026, the CM Rector Peset at the Universitat de València will host the talk Costures trencades: A l’altre costat de l’etiqueta, an event analysing working conditions in the textile sector. The title, inspired by the metaphor of "broken seams," will address issues such as precarity, workshop exploitation, and the role of unions and social organisations.
