A Musical Fusion from Andalusia to Anatolia
Üsküdara Trío is a project formed by Karlos Nao (transverse flute), Sebastian Legovich (guitar and bağlama), and Víctor Rodríguez (percussion). Their repertoire explores the connection between flamenco, Mediterranean sounds, and the musical traditions of the Near East, creating a unique proposal where improvisation and dialogue between instruments take centre stage. Named after a historic district in Istanbul, the trio offers a sonic journey that evokes diverse cultural landscapes, from Andalusia to Anatolia.

A Unique Sonic Experience
Üsküdara Trío’s concert is far from a conventional show. Their music, rooted in the fusion of rhythms and melodies from seemingly distant cultures, invites listeners on a journey where flamenco intertwines with Near Eastern sounds. Karlos Nao’s transverse flute, Sebastian Legovich’s guitar and bağlama, and Víctor Rodríguez’s percussion create atmospheres that oscillate between the intimate and the festive, with moments of improvisation that make each performance unique.
