Traditional music and dance at Nave3 Ribes
On 13 September 2026, Nave3 Ribes Cultural Centre will host a new edition of the Festival de Música y Danzas Tradicionales, a free event bringing together expressions of Valencian folklore and other traditions. Organised by Asociación Cultural Tío Vaina in collaboration with Grupo de Danzas Xafarnat de Paterna, the event is designed for all audiences and requires no ticket.
A tribute to cultural heritage
During the morning, the festival will offer a journey through different artistic manifestations of intangible heritage. Live performances will combine music, song and dance, highlighting the diversity of cultural roots and their ability to connect generations. The event aims not only to entertain but also to foster exchange between communities and celebrate the richness of shared traditions.
Grupo de Danzas Xafarnat, experienced in recovering and promoting traditional dances, will be one of the highlights. While the full programme has not been released, the festival focuses on community participation and the transmission of knowledge through live experience.
