TimeLapse: Jazz Reinterpretations of Classical Music
MuVIM hosts TimeLapse on Sunday 27 September 2026 at 12:00, a concert organised as part of the Concerts al MuVIM series to celebrate the museum’s 25th anniversary. For this performance, trumpeter David Pastor, pianist Francesc Capella and double bassist Thomas Kent Warburton will reimagine major works from the classical repertoire through jazz arrangements, exploring the connections between different eras and styles.
The programme is part of an annual series spanning from Elizabethan music to contemporary compositions, aiming to promote musical heritage as a key element of cultural memory.
