The Orfeó Universitari closes the Serenates Festival
The Orfeó Universitari de València will bring the 39th Serenates Festival to a close on 2 July 2026 with a concert at the Claustro del Centre Cultural La Nau. Founded in 1947, the choir is one of Valencia’s most iconic choral groups, with a repertoire spanning classical works to contemporary pieces. For this performance, it will feature soprano Nerea Benavent Peiró and baritone Valentin Petrovici, though the full programme has yet to be revealed. Entry is free and open to all until capacity is reached.
A historic venue
The Claustro de La Nau, the festival’s home, is one of Valencia’s most distinctive spaces. Built in the 15th century, its Gothic architecture and acoustics make it an ideal setting for choral and instrumental music.
